In Madrid, we have 4 coliving spaces and over 200 people who make up our vibrant community.
Our goal is to continuously improve their experience, to make it more fulfilling and enjoyable.
This is why we on the lookout for a capable community and events manager to help us keep things running smoothly.
This person will be responsible for organizing events and activities that bring our residents together, as well as ensuring that everyone feels supported and valued.

As a community and event manager you will have two main functions.
A/ As community manager.
Organise community activities (eg.
community meals) and implement community processes Initiate, support and nurture community-led events Own all community-related communications to residents B/ As event manager Create event calendar Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success Prepare budgets Create and maintain relationships with partners that can support the community with content, events, etc.
Coordinate all operations Analyze events success and reporting What you get as a community and event manager in our team.
Part time.
25h a week - h and 5h flexible hours split between one evening a week and one Saturday evening a month.
Possibility to obtain a long term contract once temporary contract is done.
