COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

Your day to day.
To drive the strategy and employee engagement related communication activities, to implement internal communication campaigns.
To support the strategy management activities with proper communications and event planning.
To align strategy and engagement activities.
To provide analytics for tracking and understanding the progress of the implementation of the strategy.

•    Deploys Communication campaigns and events, monitors progress, evaluates the results, prepares the communications and follows up the actions.
•    Owns the online media channels.
•    Makes sure that brand elements are used properly.
•    Creates communication activations and reports.
•    Supports communications team and stakeholders with delivering activity  With these skills you are a great candidate.
•    Project management experience •    Marketing/ commercial/ communications/ PR experience •    Knowledge of internal comms platforms tools/ systems (desired) •    Fluent English •    Customer focus •    Communication skills •    Negotiation skills •    Presentation skills •    Ability to balance conflicting interests Sounds like the perfect job?
