Role Responsibilities As part of academic training, the Commercial Trainee will carry out a set of roles and projects across the Commercial Excellence function, allowing them to apply their academic knowledge to the day-to-day life of a sales/customer marketing professional in a multinational corporation.
Assist in various Commercial projects that may include development of reports to drive business decisions, help in expansion of our footprint across markets etc.
Lead the Data tracking system (DTS) tool for all distributor markets, working closely with IT to understand better the tool, suggest enhancements and improve our reporting.
Assist in roll-out of ROI tool to help optimize investments in on-premise in focus markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a 360 understanding of business and ensure smooth implementation of the above-mentioned initiatives.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
Excellent analytical skills, able to understand & explain data in a simple manner.
Hands on with Excel or any other analytical tool.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Curious, Agile, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and takes initiative in completing tasks and projects.
Responds positively to change and demonstrates a willingness to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
