The Commercial Director will define and lead the commercial positioning of Riba Guixà in alignment with its growth ambitions.
This includes the launch of an Italian subsidiary to reinforce market presence, the development of long-term partnerships with major luxury clients, and the orchestration of a high-performing commercial organization.

Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the executive leadership team, the Commercial Director will oversee a structure currently composed of.
- 4 Internal Sales Managers - 2 External Agents - 2 Back Office Professionals He/she will also be responsible for building and mentoring the Italian subsidiary’s team and ensuring close coordination across business units.
The position is offered under a permanent employment contract, reflecting the strategic importance and long-term nature of the role.
Compensation will be aligned with the candidate’s experience and the seniority of the position, and will include a variable bonus component linked to the achievement of clearly defined targets.
This performance-based incentive structure aims to recognize excellence, ensure alignment with company goals, and reward impactful results We are seeking a senior commercial executive with the ability to operate across markets and cultures, ideally with experience in luxury supply chains.
He/she will be client-facing, analytical and strategically driven, with a natural authority and credibility in front of international partners.
Key qualifications include.
- Proven experience in commercial leadership within leather, luxury materials or fashion - Strategic thinking and hands-on leadership - Fluency in English; professional command of French and Italian; Spanish is a plus - Familiarity with the codes and expectations of luxury clients (excellence, reliability, service) - Availability for regular travel within Europe - Previous exposure to LVMH or similar groups is highly valued
