👩💻 ¿TE IDENTIFICAS CON ESTO?
Experiencia en arquitectura de software y la construcción de productos digitales desde la etapa inicial hasta su crecimiento y la madurez.
Hablas inglés bien como para pedir una hamburguesa y tener una videollamada
Has gestionado, tutelado e inspirado a un pequeño equipo de desarrolladores proporcionando orientación arquitectónica, revisiones de código, etc.
Habilidades interpersonales y la capacidad de compartir/colaborar con los compañeros
Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos para garantizar la entrega de productos a tiempo
Constancia, planificación y automotivación
Entusiasmo, buen sentido del humor y curiosidad (neotenia)
Tareas
🦾 ¿QUÉ HARÁS?
Asociarte con el CEO para definir, priorizar y realizar la hoja de ruta del producto
Trasladar gradualmente el trabajo de la agencia de desarrollo externa para crear, construir y gestionar un equipo de tech interno → eventualmente convertirte en el CTO de la compañía.
Construir y gestionar una plataforma B2B con un enfoque obsesivo en las métricas y cuadros de mando.
Impulsar el rendimiento, la eficiencia y la eficacia del equipo interno y/o de partners de desarrollo externos.
Actuar como Oficial de Protección de Datos y ser responsable de la seguridad y privacidad de nuestros usuarios.
Descubrir e implementar nuevas tecnologías que supongan una ventaja competitiva
Requisitos
🤖 NUESTRO STACK, TU EXPERIENCIA…
+5 años experiencia en Backend y frontend
+2 años experiencia en PHP con Laravel framework
+2 años en Vue
Muy valorable experiencia en React
Desarrollo de APIs
Arquitectura DDD
Test - PHPUnit
BD relacionales (MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
BD no relacionales (Redis, Firebase, MongoDB)
Gestión de Servidores Linux
Experiencia con Docker
Conocimientos CI/CD
Sendgrid + Google workspaces
Importante la capacidad de liderazgo y responsabilidad adecuadas para la posición
No hay problema en realizar cambios sustanciales que tengan sentido
