In 2022, EU Business School joined forces with OMNES Education Group.ABOUT THE JOBWe’re looking for a highly organized, outgoing and proactive person to work as Careers Services and Student Events Officer within the Careers Services Department tasks. You’ll be joining a young, international team surrounded by Higher Education experts on our Barcelona campus. Reporting to the Careers Services and Student Events Manager, you’ll also work closely with the other departments in a highly varied and fast paced role. Your main responsibilities will include: Personalized advice and counselling to students in their professional careers.Career Services: cv revision, one-to-one meetings with students and talent developmentSearch for Guest Speakers whose experiences, shared in the conferences, complement what the students learn in the classes,Contacts with companies in order to create partnerships for internships, jobs, company visits and conferences.Organize company visits.Create and maintain a database to link open internship positions with students (by type of industry/activity/positions required).Create and maintain a database to identify potential companies to offer internships to students (by type of industry and activity).Organize Career related eventsDevelop effective channels and means of communication between Careers and students.Advice on immigration/foreigner issues and employability in Spain.Develop new services within the Careers Department.Assume administrative duties such as, but not limited to, answering phone calls and data base management. ABOUT YOUYou’ll need to show a proven ability to work independently, in planning and delivering events in a complex environment, responding well to changing priorities and deadlines.
