YOUR MISSION Glovo is looking for a  passionate, proactive, data-driven and hands-on professional  to work closely with our Groceries Operations team, and other stakeholders (Finance, People, Growth, Data Analytics).
ou will play a key role in leading Groceries Operations projects, helping to define strategy and optimizing processes.
Expect the work to be challenging, varied, and analytical.
THE JOURNEY Cross functional project leadership through the different areas of the scope Business KPI analysis and Strategy definition Process improvement.
best practices, pain points detection, automation.  Work closely with other teams such as.
Tech, Data Analytics, Operations, People, Legal and Finance Identify needs and prepare reports to be shared with the business.  Planning and Forecasting.
Be part on the planning process to get business efficiency to another level.
Contribute to growth analysis, identifying possible levers.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Excellent project coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Communications skills to report to different stakeholders Ability to make effective decisions and solve problems proactively.
Advanced skills in the KPI analysis and operational data, with the ability to draw conclusions and develop improvement strategies.
Ability to use business data analysis tools such as Looker and Google Sheets.
Excellent English, spoken and written SQL knowledge preferred  Individuals representing diverse profiles, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
