buscamos:Buscamos un/a Business Operations Specialist para optimizar los procesos operativos iniciales y garantizar una experiencia fluida en la plataforma para agentes y futuros usuarios.Tu rol incluirá:la mejora de los principales KPI, como el tiempo de registro y el número de contactos con el servicio de atención al cliente.Gestionar el proceso operativo del departamento de backoffice dedicado a la revisión de contratos y su carga en el ERP de las empresas partner, en colaboración con sus equipos IT.Maximizar el número de contratos cerrados por agente y minimizar los errores en la carga de contratos.Responsabilidades:Diseñar e implementar procesos eficientes para conectar empresas y agentes en la plataforma.Revisar y mejorar la calidad de los contratos cargados por los agentes.Crear dashboards y KPIs específicos para monitorizar el rendimiento e identificar oportunidades de mejora.Mantener relaciones comerciales con las empresas partner y buscar continuamente oportunidades de mejora.Utilizar herramientas empresariales para la gestión de procesos y proyectos.Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo operativo y de backoffice de la sede central en Italia.Crear sinergias entre Italia y España y promover iniciativas para mejorar la calidad del servicio ofrecido por Agentepiù.Requisitos:Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o similar.Al menos 3 años de experiencia en roles operativos o similares, con capacidad para gestionar actividades recurrentes.Excelentes habilidades de análisis de datos con Excel, Power BI y herramientas similares.Capacidad para presentar argumentos complejos de manera clara y convincente.Experiencia en la involucración de personas de diferentes equipos.Actitud analítica, comunicativa y orientada al trabajo en equipo.Competencia del español y del inglés, preferiblemente con conocimiento de portugués.Nice to have:Competencia en italianoConocimiento funcional y experiencia en los sectores de seeking a Business Operations Specialist to optimize initial operational processes and ensure a seamless experience on the platform for agents and future users.Your role will include:improving key performance indicators (KPIs), such as registration time and the number of contacts with customer service.Managing the operational process of the back-office department dedicated to contract review and loading into partner companies' ERP systems, in collaboration with their IT teams.Maximizing the number of contracts closed per agent and minimizing errors in contract in operational or similar roles, with the ability to manage recurring activities.Excellent data analysis skills with Excel, Power BI, and similar tools.Ability to present complex arguments clearly and convincingly.Experience in engaging people from different teams.Analytical, communicative, and teamwork-oriented attitude.Fluency in Spanish and English, preferably with knowledge of Portuguese.Nice Collaboriamo con le principali imprese nazionali per potenziare le vendite grazie alla nostra vasta rete di agenti.Cosa cerchiamo:Stiamo cercando un/una Specialista Operazioni Aziendali per ottimizzare i processi operativi iniziali, garantendo agli agenti e ai futuri utenti un'esperienza fluida sulla piattaforma. Il tuo ruolo includerà il miglioramento dei principali KPI, come il tempo di registrazione e il numero di contatti con il servizio clienti. Inoltre, sarai responsabile di avviare il processo operativo del reparto backoffice dedicato alla revisione dei contratti e al caricamento degli stessi nell'ERP delle aziende partner, collaborando con i rispettivi team IT.
