Role description & Responsibilities   With the customer at the forefront of our business, in this role you will be responsible for understanding the challenges our customers face across all industries Dassault Systemes represents.
You will have firsthand experience in determining how we can support our customer growth plans and identify the areas where Dassault can support their next phase.
Learning will be integral to your development here; you will be exposed to all 12 industries we support from Life Sciences to Virtual Twins in the manufacturing world.
Working reactively, you will have firsthand experiences in conversing with our customers who actively want to engage with Dassault Systemes, those who have pro-actively reached out to understand how Dassault Systemes can support their next steps in their customer and business journey.
Internally, you will be collaborating with our Client Executive teams, our Partner Manager teams, our Partners, our Marketing teams and our Business Planning teams.
You will work closely with a network of internal stakeholders to support you and our customers.
The expectations of our Business here at Dassault is growth, this means you will play a key part in driving that growth across our organization and into the wider business.
Day to Day, you will be working using our internal CRM system as well as CRM´s to support your development such as Hubspot and Zoomphone.
The expectations will be that you convert those customers incoming to the business into real pipeline opportunities that the Executives can then take to the next level and turn into revenue.
Coaching is paramount, therefore your manager will be working closely with you, not only support your growth and development, but your career growth and how you set your own journey out.
