➡️ About the roleAre you a result-driven BDR & German Speaker ready to take on the opportunity of your lifetime? Look no further than WorkFlex – the fastest-growing startup in Germany, backed by financing from the most prominent VC fund and angel investors!WorkFlex is a B2B SaaS platform that enables employers to allow their employees to work from anywhere without facing any compliance risks. We're on the hunt for talented salespeople to help us triple the growth of WorkFlex in the next few quarters. In collaboration with the AEs, you will help to achieve this goal!150+ clients are using WorkFlex already, including Scout24, BioNTech, Vodafone, Flix, and others. Together with the sales team, you will contribute to tripling the number of clients and the revenue of WorkFlex within the next few quarters.🎯 What you will doQualify leads from marketing campaigns and develop them into sales opportunitiesContact potential clients through phone calls and emailsSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account ExecutivesPresent our company to potential clientsParticipate in developing and implementing lead-generation strategies with sales and marketing teams.Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales leadership by providing your insights & know-how to improve WorkFlex's value proposition, product features, and messaging for prospects and customers.Take care of reporting on the progress of your own deals in our CRM (Hubspot).⭐ What you need to succeed You are interested in B2B SaaS sales and (preferably) already have some experience in the DACH region, so that you’re familiar with the market and its dynamics.You have German skills on a native level and English skills on a business level.You have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. You excel at asking good questions to gain an in-depth understanding of the customer's needs.You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
