BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (DIGITAL)

Our Specialty is multi-faceted global campaigns executed at scale!Position responsibilities:Develop an effective understanding of the capabilities and competitive advantages of TPT DigitalFormulate a strategic business development plan to achieve quarterly and annual customer acquisition and revenue targetsPresent TPT Digital solutions via one-on-one, group, online and in-person meetingsNegotiate budgets, success criteria, and deadlines with clientsTrade show attendance, inbound client qualifications, email and direct client outreach, and networkingPartner with TransPerfect senior business development executives looking to introduce their clients to TPT Digital capabilities and expertiseEssential Skills Required:Committing to a high level of integrity and serviceDelivering quality workService focused with a desire to exceed clients’ expectationsOwning performance and taking responsibilityMultitask work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environmentTreating everyone (from clients to co-workers to vendors to business partners) with the ultimate level of respectWorking well in a team with people from a variety of different backgrounds and culturesBuild and maintain strategic relationships with clients and co-workersCelebrate diversity and embrace new ideas and differing perspectivesFinancially responsible and make sound financial decisionsTake active measures to achieve results and solve problemsExperience Requirements:5 years of sales experience in digital marketing with multi market campaignsTrack record of selling complex SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing services to enterprise clientsBachelor’s degree or equivalentTransPerfect values equal opportunities.
