We believe in a new approach to management consulting that combines impact, development and flexibility.Main responsibilities:Manage project modules taking end-to-end responsibility, including findings and deliveryConduct quality research and analysis, managing primary and secondary sourcesProvide differential intelligence to projects, proposals and positioning materialsContribute to Enzen’s knowledge management and the Business Consulting practice developmentRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or business2+ years of consulting experienceExperience in financial modellingFamiliarity with the utilities sector is desirableStrong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skillsRigour, attention to detailSelf-starterExcellent presentation skillsFluent in Spanish and EnglishWhat we offer:Competitive compensation package dependant on experienceHybrid work location frameworkBeing part of a multinational organization with an innovative value proposition and high-growth ambitionOpen and vibrant environment to propose, develop and put in practice ideas and initiativesParticipation in projects with high sustainability impact
