You will be responsible for acting as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions. You will analyse processes, identify improvements and develop solutions to optimise efficiency and performance.What will you do?Requirements gathering and analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their issues, needs and objectives.Solution design: Use knowledge of business needs to design and document solutions that address identified problems.Communication: Effectively communicate findings, recommendations and solutions to stakeholders at all levels, both technical and functional.Documentation: Document all aspects of the business analysis process, including requirements, solutions and decisions made.Process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes and develop and implement improvement plans.Testing and QA: Participate in the testing of implemented solutions and ensure that they meet business requirements.Required experience:Minimum of 5 years of work experience in similar roles.Required skills:Analytical skills: Strong skills in collecting, analysing and interpreting data from various sources.Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in an international environment.Problem solving skills: Ability to identify problems, analyse causes and develop creative solutions.Organisational and time management skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies: Knowledge of tools and methodologies used in business analysis, such as flowcharts, use case diagrams and business process modelling.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.LanguagesEnglish: advancedWhat do we offer you?
