Dans le cadre d’une refonte d’application, vous serez amené à apporter un nouveau savoir-faire sur le côté fonctionnel, analyser les besoins et accompagner notre client.
Notre client est une institution publique dans le secteur de la santé, dont l’objectif est de développer la qualité dans le champs sanitaire, social et médico-social.
Vos missions.
Comprendre l’existant et le niveau de maturité de l’équipe et du client concernant l’Agilité Piloter et accompagner les équipes Faciliter et encourager l’amélioration continue au sein de l’équipe (4 développeurs) Participer à la mise en place et au suivi des indicateurs de réussite Animer le projet.
planification, point quotidien, retrospective, démo, préparation des ateliers Adopter un rôle d’observateur des pratiques mises en place dans l’équipe et proposer des améliorations si nécessaire Au sein de notre entreprise vous aurez.
· 10 jours de RTT par an, · 3 jours de télétravail · Titre restaurant.
7,66€/jour soit 4,60€ (société) + 3,06€ (salarié) · Une rémunération selon l’expertise apportée, · La possibilité de travailler au sein de l’agence de votre choix.
