BUSINESS ANALYST

Their comprehensive range of products and services includes fire detection and suppression systems, security alarms, access control, and monitoring services.We are looking for a Business Analyst for a 6-month project – civil contract/b2b/freelance opportunity only.Summary:The successful candidate will play a vital role in analyzing and redesigning financial processes such as raising invoices, managing vendor invoices, and streamlining accounts, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and centralized billing through to cash collection. This position requires an analytical mindset and a profound understanding of process optimization within a COE framework.Responsibilities:Evaluate and map existing financial processes across multiple countries, identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvementsCollaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and requirementsParticipate in the migration of current country-specific applications to standardized toolsets optimized within the COEAssist in designing and implementing new business processes that are standardized across the organization to enhance overall operational efficiencyDevelop comprehensive documentation to support knowledge transfer and process standardizationManage and analyze data from various sources to support decision-making and report on process improvementsSystematically document and map existing financial processes across multiple countriesIdentify inefficiencies and areas for improvement to support the transition towards standardized, optimized workflows within the COEConduct thorough gap analyses to compare current processes against best practice models or desired outcomesSkills & RequirementsSignificant experience as a Business Analyst in a financial setting, with a focus on process improvement and project managementDemonstrated experience in managing large-scale transformation projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to oversee complex business processesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish and EnglishFamiliarity with a variety of business management software and tools commonly used in financial process optimizationExperience in a COE environmentKnowledge of ERP systems and other financial management tools and applicationsEducation or certification relevant to the field*Travel within Spain may be required for this positionIf you believe that your profile meets the above requirements and you are interested in joining our team, please apply with your CV in English.Only short listed candidates will be contacted.By submitting your application, you acknowledge and consent to the data privacy policies of Condord EU.
