Your Purpose The Brand Curator is reponsible along with the Retail team, to deliver a "Michelin-starred" retail guest experience.
Your Impact * Curate a unique, finely detailed, personalized retail guest experience, ensuring everlasting standout memories.
* Personify brand ambassador excellence, build trust and display empathy at every interaction.
* Confidently assume stewardship of the end-to-end retail operation of your assigned area and brands.
* Achieve consistent standards of excellence in all retail operations.
Your Journey So Far * Ability to foster professional relationships with clients, build and retain trust.
* Confidence and eloquence presenting in both intimate and public settings.
* Proven flair for visual merchandising and creating suitable ambient settings * Proven experience within luxury / premium hospitality or onboard environment.
* Previous experience in luxury / premium retail, curator-or- lecturer-class roles could be an advantage.
* Proficiency in Computers.
Basic Windows based programs knowledge.
Ability to operate office equipment.
* Fluent English.
Knowledge of any other European languages is advantageous.
Your Essentials * Passport, visas, certificates as specified by the company and as required for exit from the port of origin and entry into the destination cruising area.
