CRAFT Worldwide is looking for a Quality Analyst - Documentalist (Intern) to work with a client from the beauty sector.Your main task at Craft Worldwide is managing projects and classifying assets (images, videos, rights) for enriching Digital Asset Management (DAM).RESPONSABILITIES:Participate in ensuring that assigned projects adhere to agreed-upon functional specifications and applicable Quality Assurance standards.Must be able to work under the guidance of Digital Producer and the developers to achieve desired level of aesthetic quality and technical accuracy of the deliverables.Keep awareness of schedule and deadlines to deliver work within expected timelines.Test the deliverables on tools like: Double Click Studio, Sizmek, Facebook Creative Hub to get the best performance of each.Documents, tracks and verifies defects and fixes in assigned projectsEnsure that the delivered files are correctly archived on the storage servers so in future searches this work is been done in an agile wayREQUIRED SKILLS:High Level of English, at least a C1. Able to communicate autonomously both written and oral.Basic Knowledge of Adobe package (Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects)Knowledge about DAM platforms.Knowledge developing, documenting and implementing quality assurance standardsKnowledge of Quality Assurance methodology and toolsKnowledge on delivery platforms for display such as Sizmek, DV360, Adform, etcKnowledge managing hygiene creative tools for Social Media AssetsProactive with a ‘can do’ attitude and solution focusedWell organized and efficient, and a demonstrated attention to detailExperience of Jira or Trello is an added advantageAn enthusiastic team playerHaving the possibility to perform an internship deal with your educational institution
