📢 We're looking for a Back Office Specialist to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group and is looking for a new growth opportunity.Job Description:Manage all internal procedures for the department activities aligned with the company organization and coordination with internal departments for the settlement, invoice and payments the Energy Management operations generates. Creation and follow-up for internal approval requests of Department activities. Management of all internal processes for procurement or selling in the corporative systems. Controlling and follow-up with internal departments involved in settlements, invoicing and payments (positive or negative) of the Department activities. Guarantees of origin operations in CNMC and control.Training & Experience RequirementsGraduated Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Economics, Administration or Energy Markets with at least 1 year of experience in Energy sector.At least 1 year of experience in Energy or Trading markets in Spain and/or any country in Europe. Advanced level of English (C1).Proficient level of Spanish (C2).Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Basic skills in programming languages (Phyton, R or similar) and Power BI will be much appreciated.Basic skills in databases (SQL or similar)Additional requirements:Advanced level of Chinese (HSK 6) is highly valuable.1 year of experience in finance, analytical consultancy firm, data scientist department and/or back-office department in a multinational company is highly valued.Precise, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, target-oriented and organizational/methodical skills.Great interest in the renewable energy sector and knowledge is a plus.👉 Please send the CV in English, thank you!
