00a0u00a0 u00a0 ABOUT THE JOBu00a0 u00a0 Responsible for providing 1st level support to our hotel partners in technical and process-related topics to ensure a smooth booking process is experienced by our customers with our hotel partners.
00a0 Responsible for monitoring customer bookings and ensuring extra allocation requests are communicated and processed by our Hotel Partners.
00a0 Supporting our revenue teams with accommodation allocation management on behalf of our source market to ensure we optimize accommodation availability.
00a0 Work with our source market to keep our customers informed of any changes with their hotel booking ahead of arrival to ensure a positive customer experience is maintained.
00a0 Responsible for managing special customer requests and/or requirements ahead of their arrival with the Hotel Partner to ensure customer expectations and requirements are exceeded.
00a0 u00a0 ABOUT YOUu00a0 u00a0 Experience of working within the hotel industry or a tour operator would be advantageous.
00a0 Be fluent in both verbal and written English is essential.
