If you're ready to make a big impact in B2B digital strategy, apply now and grow with us.EXPERIENCENone required QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma on International Bachelor in Business Administration, Tourism, Trade, Project Management, or MarketingFluency in local language and knowledge of English highly valuableWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office,TMS, etc).KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESAs part of the B2B Digital Sales team you will be responsible for the B2B Digital Sales tools and website worldwideAdmin tasks: support with Analyze the performance of our systems and toolsCreate user management manuals for our toolsPro-actively perform UX test on our B2B Digital platforms Assist with training of the business units and ensuring all projects are correctly updated and communicated to all teams. Ensure response to JIRA issuesBusiness:Assist on Improving the look and feel of the toolsEnsure we communicate the tools accordingly to the business objectives Developing, analyzing, and updating corporate data to understand performance of our tools and the businessDeveloping reports and presentations to support Management Decision Making ProcessUpdating and securing the time planning of current projects and activities PREFERRED SKILLSBilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).Very good working knowledge of Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.Knowledge of Google Analytics and Power BI, and knowledge of Online Management System of incidences (JIRA) is considered a plus but not mandatory.Knowledge of SAP TMS is considered a plus. ADITTIONAL INFORMATIONThe position report directly to the Manger of B2B Digital Sales Located in the Head office C/ Santa Engracia 120, Madrid – SpainDuration: 6 months with the possibility of extension
