In line with MSC Cruises service standard & procedures, the B2B Contact Centre Agent provides commercial advice (by telephone and other channels) to travel agents in order to finalize the sale of MSC Cruises products and services.
Your Impact Handles travel agencies' telephone calls, in line with the Service Standards and Procedures; Responds to travel agents' requests coming by telephone, email or fax; Promotes MSC Cruises products and services; Uses the reservation system to process telephone sales; Assists travel agents with specialist support such as reservations changes, purchase of additional services and special requests.
Your Journey so far Experience dealing with clients either over the phone or face-to-face.
Sales experience (preferable).
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and persuasion skills.
Proactivity and results orientation.
Problem-solving abilities.
Your Essentials Fluent in Italian and English; any additional European language (particularly French or German) is considered an advantage.
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing & Communication, or Linguistic Studies.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
