What you’ll do Increase market share by acquiring new accounts.
Follow standards to make sure of sales quality and business acquired.
Maintain proper and consistent cross operation within all channels.
Ensure smooth operational processes to guarantee the success of our business model.
Ongoing coaching and monitoring of performance for direct reporters.
Develop and uphold corporation governance.
Accurate and timely reporting of sales numbers for all team members.
Initiate business lounges to provide business products and services.
Consecutive visits to the selected locations to ensure the best customer experience Promos and incentives in place to achieve sales numbers.
Monitor our market circulation & stability through a mystery shopping scheme.
Tactical contest plans to motivate & stimulate our sales reps.
Who you are Bachelor in Business, preferably in Business Administration Minimum 5 to 6 years of successful sales experience Strong Computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong Negotiation, communication, organization, presentation as well as time management, managing 3rd party.
