Ability to work as part of cross-functional ‘virtual’ teams.
Able to absorb information quickly and extract key details from documents and conversations through intelligent questioning.
Logical troubleshooting skills and ability to revert and document issues found to a detailed level.
Strong IP networking skills, ideally demonstrable in a Cisco, Juniper and ADVA environment.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Highly Customer focused with proven experience.
Ability to determine the critical success factor of delivery.
Good task planning skills and ability to use MS Office tools.
