About the Job.
Are you ready to be a part of our ambitious digital transformation program? As an API Platform Expert, you'll work closely with the WEB&API Platform Product Owner team, guiding clients through the end-to-end process of API Platform management.
Your responsibilities include.
Championing the API Platform from the ground up.
Adopting an API-First mindset to support business monetization.
Defining high-performance application services and solutions.
Ensuring the performance, quality, security, efficiency, and compliance of services.
Deep understanding of microservices architecture.
Proficiency in various application frameworks.
Aligning technology strategy with business strategies.
Leading innovation to continually improve service performance.
Experience.
To excel in this role, you should have.
Strong experience as an API Platform expert.
Good understanding of modern User & Access Management, Web middleware, and hosting concepts.
Ability to evaluate risk and communicate it effectively.
Proficiency in service management and agile frameworks/tools.
Experience with incident management tools, like ServiceNow.
Soft Skills.
You should possess.
Proven leadership abilities in a cross-functional environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
The ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
Technical Skills.
Knowledge in.
Layer 7 API Management, Azure API Gateway, and AWS API Gateway.
Infrastructure technologies and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Legacy hosting platforms, LAN/WAN, and security.
Container management (e.
., Openshift, AKS, EKS).
Application frameworks like Java, Ruby, or PHP.
Nice to have, Azure and/or AWS Cloud Architect certification.
