This gives them the opportunity to grow professionally, a high level of responsibility for their work, and the satisfaction of being able to make a difference.SUMMARY:The objective is to issue the invoicing of our clients, through Oracle ERP, reviewing the information in the system that has been previously reconciled, ensuring the quality of the invoicing issued, together with the collection management.ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES:Ensure the quality of the information in Oracle system to prepare customer invoicing. Issue invoices to customertsManage collection claims.Apply collection received to invoices issued. Propose month-end closing revenue accruals.Assist with the review of Oracle system issues.Provide administrative support to improve automatization billing reportsPrepare reports for the managers, on a regular basis to present degree of progress in the customerts under perimeter Comply with the company's internal regulations and policies with respect to the processes of the financial systemsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Degree in Accounting, Business Administration and Management; Economics or similar. Graduate.Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions in management and billing administration.Desirable experience of 2 to 4 years in accounting teams. Knowledge in Revenue billing, bad debt claims, accounting global vision. Advanced written and spoken English.Packages: Office 365, databases, ERP's (Enterprise Resource Planning).Minimum 6 months experience with Oracle system operation.Accounting knowledge desirable.SKILLS:Stability under pressure.Planning and organizational skills.Teamwork, including external teams.Creativity in problem solving.Proactive and accustomed to working with diverse teams.Ability to handle conflicts.
