The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Amazon vendor ecosystem and will be responsible for leading and engaging global teams, up-skilling internal teams, providing analytical support, managing various agencies, and delivering comprehensive reporting to internal stakeholders.
The Amazon Project Manager will play a pivotal role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing growth initiatives for a client in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities.
Amazon Ecosystem Expertise.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Amazon vendor ecosystem.
Stay abreast of the latest trends, changes, and opportunities within the Amazon marketplace.
Team Leadership & Change Management Lead and engage global teams to execute strategies that drive business growth on Amazon.
Analytical Support and P&L structuring Provide analytical support for sales teams, leveraging data to optimize performance and drive strategic decision-making.
Take ownership of P&L projects, ensuring financial goals are met and exceeded.
Agency Management.
Manage relationships with various agencies to enhance the effectiveness of the brand’s presence on Amazon.
Collaborate with agencies to execute marketing and promotional initiatives that align with business objectives.
Reporting.
Develop and deliver comprehensive reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement.
Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
roven experience (+5 years) in project management, specifically within the Amazon vendor ecosystem.
aster’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
trong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
xcellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration.
xperience managing relationships with external agencies and optimizing their contributions to overall business objectives.
