We provide energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability.Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to electrical equipment via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.Assist customers with product information, technical specifications, and troubleshooting guidance to resolve issues and ensure optimal usage of our electrical equipment.Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and logistics, to address customer needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.Stay informed about new products, features, and industry developments related to electrical equipment to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, escalating issues or concerns to management as needed and proactively seeking solutions to enhance the customer experience.Required Expertise:Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the electrical equipment or related industry.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to customers.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset, with a dedication to resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools for managing customer interactions and data.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.A positive attitude, patience, and empathy in dealing with customers, even in challenging situations.Flexibility to work non-standard hours or weekends as needed to meet customer needs or deadlines.Advanced level of English.
