ADMINISTRATION INTERN (WITH CHINESE)

In CTG (Europe), we're happy to announce that we're have an internship opportunity open for an Administration Intern to join our company. The ideal candidate is someone innovative, passionate about the renewable energy sector and is looking forward to a new challenge to work in a multicultural-international company.Key job responsibilities:Main point of contact for the serviced office reception and management teams, ensuring the employees have a satisfying work environment.Coordinate with office building management team.Schedule events and receive visits and organizing attendees.Ensure office space and meeting room is kept tidy and presentable.Purchase and maintain adequate supplies for the office, such as: water, coffee, kitchen supplies, washroom supplies, office supplies (including Asturias office), etc.Screen and manage incoming calls, mail and deliveries, and prepare outgoing mails, parcels, couriers.Responsible for implementing and maintaining all office related procedures.Employee parking management.Meeting room booking.Organize repairs and upgrades, when needed.Maintain and support staff with corporate stationery such as business cards, letterheads, envelopes, etc.Logistic support mainly for Spain, also coordination with other regions such as Luxembourg, Portugal, Germany and Greece.Working experience and skills requirements:Ability to use Office 365 software;Experience in basic administrative tasks;Excellent proficiency in English.Other requirements:A great sense of teamwork and ability to maintain fluid communication with colleagues.Autonomous and self-starting individual who can work both on their own initiative and within a team.Proactive with optimal organizational skills.Patient and attentive, strong attention to detail.Certain flexibility regarding work time.Effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a growing environment;Maintain and observe the highest professional ethical standards and confidentiality.👉 Please send the CV in English, thank you!
