ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide vital support to our administrative department, assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.The candidate must be fluent in English.Responsibilities:Carry out basic accounting tasks, such as preparing invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivable records.Maintain and update financial records in an accurate and timely manner.Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management.Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with suppliers, customers and colleagues both inside and outside the organisation.Reconciliation of bank accounts.Work closely with the accounting team and other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial reporting.Requirements:CFGS Administration degree or University degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance.Previous experience of at least 3 years in administrative and accounting functions.Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Proficiency in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office.English level C1Other languages will be valuable.
