upport to the accounting department in the daily tasks and projects.
onthly AP, AR and stock conciliationGL reconciliation (taxes and payroll).
upport to the monthly closing, a few entries related to insurance and monthly accruals (Board, audit).
ill in forms for new GL accounts.
aunch administrative processes in Navision as consolidation and others.
upport to the yearly audit.
ssistance with the internal control process.
ulfil and submit external forms (statistics, deposit of financial statements.
hat you will need.
inance, Economics or Business and Management Degree is a must.
inimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
roficient in national (Spanish General Accountancy Plan) and international accounting standards.
xcel Advanced.
luent level of English and Spanish.
Interest and ability to multi-task in a multi-disciplinary environment.
