We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to serve as our main point of contact.
Your main tasks will be.
Onboard, train and develop your clients, create a trusting relationship with them, Be the voice of your clients in Bsport, you’ll have to identify their needs and participate in the creation of new features and business opportunities, Use our CRM tool to manage your clients and goals (Hubspot) Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any updates Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients Be the voice of your clients internally, identify their needs and participate in the creation of new features and business opportunities Be able to upsell features that could fit your clients Collaborate with teams Product and Operations to improve internal processes and customer satisfaction.
