We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive with a hunter profile to help ChooseMyCompany launch in Portugal and cover the Portuguese market ChooseMyCompany is a french company that was launched in with the conviction that gathering opinions from the employees is key to improve work conditions and wellbeing in a company.
ChooseMyCompany sells to any kind of company a powerful Saas (software as a service) that aims at.
Gathering informations about the wellbeing of its employees and clients Analyzing these informations in order to Get a clear picture of where you are Help you deep dive all dimensions and identify strong impact measures to Improve wellbeing in your company Provide a Score that would gather all engagement dimensions in one to help you build extra financial reports Sharing key informations about your organization (including on social media) Since , ChooseMyCompany has been working with + companies (startups, average companies, large groups) in several countries (France, Spain, Morroco).
In CMC launched HappyTrainees, the first Label of wellbeing in France for interns, quickly followed by the creation of HappyAtWork (employees), HappyAtSchools and HappyClients.
Our ambition is to become the #1 Wellbeing At Work label in Europe.
And we need to find someone that wants to pursue this goal with us.
Missions.
As an Account Executive you will be joining the International Manager, reporting directly to her.
Your mission will consist in.
Reach as many prospects as possible.
Here are some ideas to generate leads.
You can count on our tools in France and our french international clients You will need to activate your networks You will have to make sure CMC is part of the whole HR ecosystem (forums, conferences, events ) Sign both Freemium (”get ChooseMyCompany Labels for free”) and Premium customers (paid subscription to SaaS software to get the label and analyze the results) Convert Freemium customers to Premium by providing a complete demonstration of ChooseMyCompany tools ChooseMyCompany is new to the Portuguese market and you will be the first employee after the country manager.
