Interview and Onboarding of Interns, support and help via phone and mail, prepare documents needed to begin the internship, manage the data on SAP, prepare the presentations related to the Internship Program with all data available, analyze and report all the different career programs. Maintain and update the Employer Brand and support on the University Forums and external visits to the company.

Recruiting of Junior and Senior Profiles for all the Firm’s areas (Audit, Risks, Legal, Consultancy, Financial Advisory and IT) Confection of Talent Maps and Progress Reports. Report to business line and all the different managers of the teams. Curricular Screening. Manage the LinkedIn Recruiter account. Telephone Interviews with potential candidates.

• Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising, and referrals
• Maintaining candidate networks
• Contacting candidates and evaluating their hard profile
• Providing resume, interview, and career advice to candidates
• Giving feedback to candidates regarding their status in the recruitment process
• Managing the data provided by candidates and checking if all the documents the client requires are correct.
