Manager, Deal Advisory – Transaction Services- M&A – Private Equity & Financial Services
- Manage buy-side and sell – side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial due diligence to private equity investors.
- Responsible for leading more than one team at the time ensuring the project is completed within the budget and timeframe
agreed with clients. Coach and mentor consultants.
- Identifying key risks and issues which may impact the valuation of the business, review SPA, among others.
- Review and analyze financial models

Associate responsibilities including among others:

Analysis of the pro-forma financial statements and target companies
Performing financial & accounting analysis, including adjusted EBITDA, adjusted working capital, Net debt, Cash Flow and cash flow conversion trends.

Summer internship in the area of Business Risk Management.
