Build and wiring of MCC and CP box for labelling machinery. PlCs programming, HMI, servo controller, VFD. Printer setting for labelling.

•	Carry out corrective, preventive electrical maintenance at the factory.
•	Upgrade panels and electrical installations.
•	Liaise with suppliers and contractors.

•	Build and wiring of MCC and CP switchboard for palletizing systems.

•	Repair and modification of welder machinery (MIG, TIG, MMA) plasma cut machinery.    

Job responsibilities 
•	I reported to the Factory Manager.
•	I was in charge of 10 maintenance mechanics and 2 electricians. They work in rotating shifts.
•	Collaborate with R&D departments for continuous improvement, design and modify   machines for new products.
•	Carry out new projects to increase the productivity.
•	Ways to Reduce Downtime in Manufacturing.
•	Keep track of department expenses (Capex budget).
•	Implement the 5S Methodology
