Regional / global account director

After 5 years developping the French Top Employers' project, I am now in charge of supporting the current Top Employers gain continental and global certification. Working directly with Group HR Directors and teams, I help them gain insight into their HR policies at a global level, showcase their proven status as a Top Employer, and participate actively in the research and audit phase part of our unique methodology to certify global organizations.

I enjoy each moment of my day, first because I have the chance to be supported by a great international team, helping me identify the best employers, and securing meetings with them. But also because any conversation with an HRD of a multinational company, hiring tens of thousands of persons, is a unique learning experience. When this learning becomes knowledge, then we can share with our partners, and, hopefully, make a difference in the HR development of companies. 

Part of my job is linked to Social Media development as well, and after the successful launching of our corporate blog (www.top-employers.com/fr/news-and-insights/Blog/), I focus on our twitter accounts, thinking about next steps.
