Quality manager

Working Pacadar’s projects all around the world and within the 5 Spanish production plants. 
My role involves the managing of the different quality & environment teams on each site, operation sites coordination, technical information and advice to the top management of the Group and to the different levels in the different project through the quality team implemented on them. 
Solve incidents regarding quality and environment issues in all the stages.
Supervision of the precast parts produced to each project and the assembly of them in the project where is required by the project.
Implement a Q&E culture through all levels of the organization.
Establish the management and monitoring of Q&E matters by the implementation of different KPIs and scoreboards.
Implement improvements by lean methodologies, 5S, etc. in the daily work of the different projects and production plants.
Maintain and enhance the Q&E management systems certified under the ISO 9001 and 14001, and regarding al the product (precast pieces) certifications obtained and needed.

Supervision and direct control of a Q&E team of 40 people all around the world: Spain, Kuwait, Panamá; UK, Australia, New Zealand and Puerto Rico.

My role involved the managing of the QHES team of the Spanish Production Plant.
Creation, implementation, certification and managing of the QHSE and Energy management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, ISO 45001 and EMAS) of the Spanish workshop.
Certification of final products (luminaires) under different standards: CE / ENEC / UL / EAC.
Establish the management and the monitoring of QHSE matters by the implementation of different procedures, KPIs and scoreboards.
Maintains effective metrics for production process: Defects, cost of poor quality, statical capability (CPK) and audit robustness.
Replicate, manage and implement the Spanish QHSE procedures in other Schréder’s plant worldwide (Portugal, France, Hungary, Ukraine and China) to standardize the QHSE managing in an unique way.
Advice to the top management of the Schréder Group (Headquarters in Belgium and Spanish ones) regarding all QHSE matters present in the different production plants of the Group.
Creation and implementation of the Schréder Group's SQE team worldwide (7-person team).
Implement the QHSE culture through all levels of the organization.

Supervision and direct control of a total of 15 production inspector, 3 quality technicians, 2 process engineers, 1 SQE and 1 H&S technician in Spain. Besides worldwide, 6 SQE based in other production plants and in the Belgium headquarter.

My role involved the managing of the QHES structure for 5 international companies and 5 national companies of different areas (civil and public construction companies and land sale companies).
Managing and improving of the QHSE management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001) of the whole Group.
Establish the management and monitoring of QHSE matters by the implementation of procedures, KPIs and scoreboards.
Advice to the top management of the DICO’s Group regarding all QHSE matters present in the different companies of the Group.
Implement a QHSE culture through all levels of the organization and in all the Group companies.

Supervision and direct control of: 5 quality managers, 20 quality inspectors, 5 environmental inspectors and 15 H&S technicians worldwide.

My role involved the managing of the QHES team of the different workshops of the company.
Creation, implementation and certification of the QHSE management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001) of the company (multisite).
Establish the management and the monitoring of QHSE matters by the implementation of procedures, KPIs and scoreboards.
Advice to the top management of the company regarding all QHSE matters.
Implement a QHSE culture through all levels of the organization in the different countries.

Supervision and direct control of a 2 quality inspectors&environmental inspectors and 1 H&S technicians.

My role involved the creation and managing of the QHES team of the company.
Creation, implementation and certification of the QHSE management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001) 
Implementation of PPIs checks, audit processes, etc.

Supervision and direct control of 5 quality inspectors, 2 environmental inspectors and 2 H&S technicians worldwide
