Programme Manager (June 2019 - May 2020)
▪ Focal point for International Customers
▪Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality,
Operations, Supply Chain, Lean, ...) and stakeholders involved in a project, complying with the quality requirements, budgets, deadlines and scope of the project.
▪ Collaborate with the business teams and stakeholders to lead and deliver the most suited solution covering the different requirements.
▪ Report and track the releases in order to measure the impact and possible risks on the main business and through KPI.
▪ Responsible of the results for serial programs and the projects to improve margins. ▪Coordination of a multifunctional team to carry out work transfers of different work packages.

▪ Support engineering to carry out the implementation of the modifications necessary to bring the surface treatment line of the Tarbes metal plant into compliance with REACH.

Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Department (September 2016 - October 2018)
▪ Study of a new surface treatment line compatible with REACH and customer requirements:
- Inventory of the existing surface treatment line with impacted treatments.
- Mapping of internal and external manufacturing flows.
- Definition of a suitable methodology for data analysis.
- Definition of a strategy to meet the needs of production, with projections to 5 years.
- Development of substitution solutions, QTP and QTR.
- Economic synthesis, load / capacity study.
▪ Creation and update of standard assembly documents common to all DAHER sites.

Composite Quality Department (March 2014 - August 2016)
▪ Participation in the phases of reception, qualification and implementation of a new ultrasound control machine:
- Writing of acceptance protocols and pre-qualification documentation for the machine: QTP and QTR
- Monitoring and evaluation of the acceptance tests,
- Configuration and installation of calibration and control specimens.
▪ Participation in the development phases of several programs:
- Gulfstream G500-G600 MLGD: control and monitoring elementary parts.
- Airbus Helicopters H160 FAI files for prototype a first delivery assembly.
