▪ Centralized Supply Planning activities for European Region on Barcelona´s HUB. Designed and implemented standard
processes. Transferred 50 FTEs to the HUB for 3 different business units.
▪ Designed and enforced Planning strategy for manufacturing sites and agreed replenishment model with clients. 

▪ Carried out Continuous Improvement projects for EMEA Region. Created and put in place different tools and processes to
reduce inventory and improve customer service level (On time in full).
▪ Guided Supply Planning team through Brexit implications for UK sites; steer crisis team for ICO business unit.

▪ Led implementation of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) in ten factories of Southern Cone. Responsible for
operational interface with SAP to replace web system; developed skills in change management as the SAP changes affected
five different departments.
▪ Managed supply strategy for vendors and implemented decoupling project; coordinated €1,000M material budget. Reached
objective to increase materials delivered with Unilever freight from 47% to 70% by 2019. Delivered savings of €1.3M through
negotiations on changes in inbound logistics for more than 60 vendors with more than 850 materials.
▪ Directly supervised team of four analysts in Argentina with boss based in Brazil.

▪ Ascended to manage supply logistics of ten factories. Directed over 50 carriers and transportation of 3,000 different
materials. Achieved cost savings of more than €1M per year while maintaining 95% satisfaction service level.
▪ Implemented two new web systems to monitor inbound operation. Responsible for Change management and Operations.
▪ Monitored 10 Regional warehouse performance metrics for Materials in our Southern Cone factories.
▪ Started supervising two logistic analysts to current structure of seven analysts: (five in Argentina and two in Chile) with boss
based in Brazil. Hired team for the new structure that was created.

▪ Promoted from Senior Analyst to Junior Coordinator. Planned production and materials for eight third-party factories in
Argentina for more than 220 SKUs and 800 materials. Responsible for scheduling weekly line planning and sending longterm material plan to 120 vendors during times of great uncertainty due to government import restrictions.
▪ Led import affidavit report for urgent material request to Finance VP and Head of public relations. Recognised with an award
by Unilever Latin America for fastest implementation of Dove Hair products production in Argentina.
▪ Planned €6.2M material stock budget and reached target to reduce 5% working capital through ABC plan with factories.

▪ Advanced from Junior to Senior Analyst due to outstanding performance. Monitored and implemented KPIs of DC.
▪ Led TPM Focused improvement Pillar, improved from 60% to 85% arrival on time in customer distribution centers

▪ Improved logistic flow of containers for BGH Company, a technology retail leader in Argentina. Optimised import materials
from China, Vietnam, Miami and Brazil. Proposed a new purchase strategy improving containers load fill from 76% to 84%.
