Since  Sept 18´, I am Procurement and Shipping Manager in Tarkett, leading a 5 person team in Purchasing dept and 3 person team in Shipping dept. The global objective of our structure is to ensure that the Supply Chain is managed in the most efficient and optimal way, taking into account all the peculiarities of each plant where we purchase (both belonging to the Tarkett Group and external suppliers) and of each client where we deliver.
Our main daily tasks are:
• Supply Chain Management from all plants which we operate (both local stock and cross-docking orders). Those plants can be from Tarkett Group or external suppliers, and are located all over Europe and Asia mainly.
• Ensure availability and improve the efficiency of the stock in our warehouse in Spain. Proposal of different action plans to reduce possible overstocks.
• Analysis of sales and forecasts for each Business Center (S&OP), as well as different KPIs to measure the efficiency of our activity.
• Active participation in different group projects - Quick Range, FOCUS, Sampling, Track&Trace..
• Quality/Transport Claim Management, trying to reach a resolution in the shortest possible time (respecting our SLA)
• Maintenance and updating of the material master in SAP 
• Coordination of the annual inventory of the warehouse 
• Coordination of the different trucks from our warehouse to the different HUBs located in Iberia, and the subsequent capillary distribution to the end customer 
• Direct to customer Shipment management, according to needs and possibilities, trying to optimize transportation costs.
• Reverse logistics management 
• Monthly control of the billing of all carriers

•	Supply Chain management for Spain of 6 productions centers (inside/outside the Group). Daily and direct contact with those warehouses (all communication must be in English, as they are placed all around Europe mainly).
•	Guarantee the availability and improve the efficiency of the stock in Spain warehouse of the references stipulated. 
•	Sales data analysis and forecast (SIOP), as well as different KPIs to measure our efficiency in some aspects (level of service,stock rotation, sell-off..)
•	Be part of the implementation of different logistic projects from Tarkett Group
•	Management and resolution of claims and incidents related with production (quality), transport or installation of the products.
•	Tracking of the loading and delivery in differents warehouse and associated HUB, or even directly to the customer if needed.
•      Maintenance material master data in SAP
•      Coordination of the annual inventory in our warehouse

•	Research and identification of opportunities, search for information on prices, products, brands and competitors in other markets
•	Contact with different organizations that offer up-to-date information on export requirements
•	Implementation of a country sheet with different relevant data (macroeconomic indicators, country and market data, export requirements and regulations, etc.)
•	Shipping and tracking of offers to new potential customers
•	Daily contact with customers from around the world, solving possible problems and managing new orders.

At this stage, I was able to achieve some goals, as reduce the inventory level and improve the days out of stock. I also helped other departments in many tasks (promotions, implantation of new physical stores or inventory)
