- Full projects’ life cycle management for the payment service, such as the launch of the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) robot -new payment channel- successfully implemented and currently used by +200k users around the Caribbean islands with +2k transactions/day to pay their bills.
- Operational management of the payment system Third Party Application Maintenance through KPI definition and monitoring, related to budget, schedule and quality.
- Lead of the Agile Kanban transformation for 10 members in the payment service.

- Functional lead for the inventory component in the new distributed Amadeus Hotel Central Reservation System (CRS).
- Guidance of “Intercontinental Hotels Group” in the conception of new CRS features to manage their +7000 properties around the world.
- Lead of the cross-functional Scrum development team composed of 12 product definition/software/ QA engineers, assuring the successful development of deliverables on time, on cost, and on quality, in order to obtain final customer’s acceptance and satisfaction.
- Cross-component coordination interface with other backends and frontends to ensure complete solution to the customer and community, working in the project with +200 engineers across different time zones.

- Design of new functionalities for Amadeus CRS taking into account market needs, carrying out a complete functional analysis process plus technical validation, working in Scrum methodology.
- Product Owner deputy role.
