	Project Management: Review Contract, Technical and economical tabulations, KOM, deliverable list, schedule, cost control, progress report, change orders, final documentation…
	Development of quotations and projects for process industry (oil&gas, food, chemistry, pharma…) 
	The used technologies are mixers, filters, agitators, separation process, dryers, liquid ring vacuum pumps… working with the represented companies by Caperva (Sulzer, Ekato, Filtration Group, Nash, Deltamem, Vetter-tec, …)
	The disciplines involved in usual projects are mechanical (static and rotative equipment), process, instrumentation and control. 
	Suppliers search, evaluation and homologation. 
	Inspection and Expediting activities
	Also, my position is Quality Manager implementing ISO 9001:2015 at Caperva.

- Project: Liquefied Natural Gas Terminal (Lng) In Zeebrugge
	Develop and Ensure implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) on the project.
	Establish and perform Project Quality audit program. Register and monitor of all NCR and CAR in the project.
	Approval of Vendors and Subcontractors.
	Manage and attend to KOMs and PIMs, dealing with vendors, subcontractors and Client.
	Review of specifications in all engineering disciplines (mechanical, civil, electrical, I&C, piping, …) and the RFQs.
	Development of Technical Tabulations and clarifications with vendors/ subcontractors. 
	Contracting and coordination of NDTs to be performed in the Project. 
	Development of Inspections Plan (ITP), coordination of all inspections for all orders. 
	Check documentation of vendors and subcontractors (ITPs, WPS, PWR, NDT procedures…)
	Inspections and expediting in workshops. 
	Review of Final Quality Dossiers.
	Ensure that the Project meets international and Belgian standards (APAC, AREI, ARAB, AIO…).
	Responsible of project legalization. Development and Coordination of Project Permit Matrix.

- Project: Amman Strategic Reserve Terminal for Petroleum Products, Jordan
	Develop and ensure implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
	Identification of environmental aspects and legal requirements performing its operational control. 
	Deal, contracting and monitoring of Waste Management.
	Establish Project Quality and Environment audit program & schedule and perform the Project Quality and Environment Audit. Register and monitor of all NCR and CAR in the project.
	Responsible for Construction Quality. Supervision of inspections. 
	Coordinate and communicate with Client on Project Quality and Environment issues.
	Produce and develop the Project Quality and Environment Training Plan. 
	Report the performance status of Project Quality and Environment activities and relevant issues.
	Ensure that Quality and Environmental Management is applied in line with the Project Design Criteria to the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Precommissioning/Commissioning phases of the Project.
	Ensure that the Project meets international standards.
	Develops, monitor and report KPIs for the project.
	Check documentation of subcontractors (Quality Plans, WPS, PWR, NDT procedures…) and audits
	Record, management and implementation of Lessons Learned in the project.

	Check and development of quality and environment documents for proposals and EPC projects.
	Review project plans and specifications (vendor documentation…)
	Ensure the implementation of QA/QC and E requirements in projects
	Prepare required documentation and maintain files for final turnover to the client and legalization for the project
	Audits, inspections and expediting activities.
	Maintenance of Management System (ISO 9001; ISO 14001) 
	Support for Strategic Plan; processes reengineering (process management, process map, monitoring, KPI’s)
	Monitoring in Committees.

	During my stay at ADIF, I worked at Department of Efficiency Energy (EE) for one year. Main tasks: 
	Identifying and proposing EE and Renewable Energy (RE) measures for Spanish railway system. 
	Drawing up of EE and ER plans.
	 Individual studies of each measure. Pre-sizing and economic study of investment and savings (recovery)
