Ensuring that the components of the operational risk management framework were implemented and effective in all the location (Spain) departments.
 Independent challenge and sign-off on the local risk map produced
in the entity
 Implementation of the Bank control plans in the location
 Perform controls and report them to the management
 Follow up of recommendation issued by internal and external audits
 Participate to the decision making process on new activity/product
 Produce local control reports
 Responsible the local Risk Committee. 

I managed four teams, two in Madrid and two in Lisbon, that add up to a total of 32 professionals
Responsibilities:
 Quality of day-to-day operations
 Risk management & client satisfaction
 Validation of procedures and controls to limit all operational risks
 Department profitability
 Support sales department, in clients calls, claims and in-site visits

I led a team of eight Account Managers servicing the following clients: EuroCCP (the former EMCF), JP Morgan Group, ABN Amro, RaboBank, Nomura Luxemburg, Knight Capital, BNP Lending desk, Credit Suisse Zurich. 

I managed the Spanish settlement activity of the following clients:
Dresdner Bank AG (February 2008 to December 2008) Merrill Lynch International and Morgan Stanley accounts (January 2009 to October 2011)
