As part of the Training Team my work consisted on managing training documents, personal documents and training events of all Norwegian crew (pilots and cabin crew) for all Norwegian airline companies and ensuring that they have all documents and training up to date to be able to operate legally. Planning online training, following up the training with instructors in classes and training on simulators in different Europe and US locations. Managing crew personal documents through an internal system making sure that all crew is prepared and legal, coordinating well with my colleagues located in different parts of Europe (Norway, Ireland, Argentina, US) was essential. Working on helpline available 24hrs/7days = means solve any kind of last-moment problem. As well I was involved in expanding of Norwegian airline to south America ? Argentina, helping to establish new procedures and requirements regarding documents and trainings. One year I was part of Travel desk team - ensuring the positioning of crew to work/home destination, booking flights and hotels. Later, for this kind of work another department was created.

Encargada del departamento de logística y envío de productos por toda Europa, recepción de contenedores, gestión y preparación de todos los pedidos de la página web (pedidos en francés, inglés, español, italiano y otros idiomas), envío de pedidos y su seguimiento hasta la entrega al cliente final (B2C o B2B), gestión de stocks, elaborando presupuestos de transporte y control de precios, elección de compañías de transporte y cooperación con ellas, comunicación con almacén en Inglaterra  y cooperación en desarrollo de programa interno de gestión de pedidos.
