Legal counsel

-	Responsible for overseeing the legal affairs, data protection and governance matter, in South Cone operations.
-	Legal support required on a wide variety of commercial transactions, corporate issues including litigation management, real state, labour, marketing, procurement and contracts (IT, procurement, purchase, supply and operations and maintenance agreements).
-	Primary contact for compliance issues, ensuring that internal policies and local laws are implemented and being followed, including preparation of documents necessary to comply with local regulations in the conduct of business activities.

-	Member of Corporate Department: Business and International Legal Advice.
-	Negotiation and drafting a broad range of agreements, mainly related to the Media Network and IT services.
-	Intellectual property management (IPM).

-	Legal Support/advice in corporate and contract matters (focused on IT Companies).
-	Contract negotiation, drafting and contract process management.
