•	Drafted and negotiated commercial contracts with suppliers and partners ranging from standard contracts, including NDA, MOU, distribution, and services agreements, to complex agreements, such as partnerships, sponsorships, and licensing. 
•	Recommended business development strategies for new D2C and e-commerce initiatives for new and existing brands to drive business growth. 
•	Supported the implementation of the General Data Processing Regulation of Unilever´s decentralized businesses, including privacy policy, cookie policy, marketing consent guide, data processing schedules and re-negotiation of contracts processing personal data. 
•	Developed global marketing claim guidelines on strategic topics such as climate change and sustainability. Managed and instructed external and local legal counsels. 
•	Provided legal advice to business partners on contractual structures and procedures to achieve targeted goals.

●	Key contributor to the development of global marketing claim guidelines about sustainability and climate change, including claims such as carbon neutral, biodegradable when compostable, recyclable, natural, etc.
●	Negotiated partnership agreements with organizations such as the International Centre for Research on Women, the Power of Nutrition, and Girls Rising.
●	Contributed to the implementation of the General Data Processing Regulation of Unilever´s decentralized business called TIGI, including privacy policy, cookie policy, marketing consent guide for their specific activities, training, and renegotiation of contracts. 
●	Negotiated a licensing agreement with Disney for a global hair brand called Sunsilk to roll out across Asia and Europe. 
●	Drafted marketing guidelines for brand promotion in global and regional tournaments, including the Olympics and UEFA Euro 2020.

•	Negotiated and provided legal advice on strategic technology service agreements with customers and partners, including licensing, maintenance, services, and collaboration agreements. 
•	Monitored and resolved legal issues related to existing commercial relationships and maintained high levels of client satisfaction.

●	Provided legal advice on the bidding process, adjudication, delivery, and liquidation of contracts with the Colombian government to deliver smart public transportation system services in the city of Bogotá and Pasto in Colombia.

Initiated and managed legal proceedings for private clients before ordinary national judges, administrative entities, and arbitration tribunals. Managed cases regarding consumer rights, corporate disputes, and contractual liability by drafting and submitting all required legal documents. Employed best practices to track and control cases and updated clients about the status of their legal cases.
