FUNCTIONS

Support for Active Directory services in the international environment (EMEA / UK / USA / BRAZIL)

• Guarantee the continuity of the service in different areas of the Microsoft infrastructure of the international environment of the Iberdrola group of companies
• Coordination and resolution of incidents / critical service problems
• Guarantee resolution and continuity of support with the respective groups of each technology that does not belong to the AD / SCOM team

As head of the critical systems monitoring project in the Microsoft area

• Implementation and support of the SCOM tool infrastructure. Development and implementation of continuous monitoring
• Parameterization of the monitoring criteria according to needs and agreements with the heads of each department.
• Implementation and development of the project "Advanced Monitoring of Critical Systems of the Iberdrola Group" in the area of ​​Microsoft Systems (SCOM Tool).
This project, still in operation, is being implemented with the introduction of the Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2012 R2 tool, through which Iberdrola wants to monitor servers / services critical to the company at an advanced level
The monitoring covers the technologies of Active Directory Services, Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V (R2), Exchange 2003, Microsoft Cluster 2008/2003 and Windows Server 2003/2008 and SQL Server 2005/2008/2012
