Responsible of month-end close for Spanish Entity
 External audit report 
 Align Spanish GAAP with USGAAP
 Group reporting 
 Support group finance analysis providing documentation and commentaries
 Controlling and deviations analysis
 Tax compliance and main point of contact with external advisor
 Participation on R&D tax incentives project

GL role
Participation on month end closes
IFRS adjustments and mapping to Spanish GAAP
Fixed Asset capitalization and depreciation
Prepare VAT returns and CIT calculation
Attend tax requirements

AP/AR and accountancy process
Management of client portfolio 
Responsible of tax compliance submissions and obligations to Tax Authorities
Balance sheet reconciliations.
Annual accounts preparation

Responsible of budget forecast (revenue, costs, OPEX and CAPEX) 
Cash flow Statement prediction, analysis, and results (reporting to HQ)
Analytical accounting and control of cost center organizational structure
Ownership of month end close and deviation analysis and explanations
Support other departments (sales and OPS) regarding internal processes
Align OKR, KPI and incentives to achieve objectives (with group CFO)
Review and construct new policies according to compliance.
Treasury management and financial decisions (products and risks)
 Management of local taxes and participation on group tax projects
Achievement: build finance department from scratch (ERP 
implementation). Also, leading Iberia business expansion from finance 
perspective together with Sales and OPS department
