LOYALTY & PARTNERSHIPS: 
• Functional head of the corporate events in Europe, EMEA and LATAM for generating new leads and
nurturing the engagement with our clients: CEOs and HR directors.
• Develop and maintain relationship with key partner agencies, cross-functional teams and IE offices
worldwide to pursue our partnerships´ strategy at an executive level.
• Collaboration with legal department to ensure alignment with our client needs. Control and accomplish the
agreement; closed masterclasses, events, and benefits.
• Manage the loyalty team, coordinate and align projects with other departments and stakeholders.

CORPORATE & MARKETING:
• Lead development of the strategic Anual Marketing Plan, driving execution and measuring results to ensure our 
clients´ needs and valuable content are meet.
• Digital Marketing: Increase brand awareness in key markets and lead Social media campaigns on LinkedIn (B2B oriented)
• Creation and execution of customized merchandising for our clients. Ex.: IE Monopoly.
• Manage budget and processes (Campaigns briefs, agencies management).
• Sustainable proyects in colaboration with other department, IE store and professors, to promote a circular
and sustainable education for developing countries. 

BBDD & DATA DRIVEN: 
• Team up with CRM and analytics teams to incorporate loyalty insights into the strategy and execution.
• Data analysis and measure/track the impact of engagement initiatives to identify leads, follow-ups and
implement better processes to boost results.

CONTENT & OUTREACH: 
• Creation, execution and global distribution of IE INSIGHTS: Knowledge platform for sharing our professors and
global leader’s insights; executive oriented content.
• Insights website: development of a new web with an user experience improved, with more than 500 publications
of content like articles, podcast, interviews and infographies. And with special dedication to our authors.
• Insights magazine: production of a bianual printed magazine with a selection of the best articles. Distribution
worldwide, Emirates Flights, Iberia VIP lounges, IE offices and corporations.
• Development of specialized learning platforms and websites for companies focus on strengthening top-of-funnel
awareness and promotion of the benefits from our agreement with their employees.
