El labor esta dividido en varios roles: 
- Gestion (jefa de estudios). 
En este rol soy responsable de todo el grado de bioingeniería y el equipo de profesores. Me encargo de la administración/gestión del grado y de los informes al ministerio, lidero los agentes de marketing para atraer nuevos estudiantes, planificación del curso académico, selección del profesorado, calidad y mejora del grado, colaboraciones con empresas y otras universidades, tutora de varios estudiantes, responsable de prácticas e inserción laboral. 

- Educación (profesor universitario). Imparto (en inlgés) las asignaturas Políticas de Ciencias y Tecnología, Terapia Celular, Ingeniería Genetica y de Proteínas, Descubrimiento y Libramiento de Fármacos, Laboratorio de Microbiología, Bioingeniería Interdisciplinaria.

- Investigación. Investigación en colaboración con Países Bajos en biología molecular/celular. 

Además soy responsable de un programa "Mujer en Ingeniería" para fomentar el interes en niñas y mujeres en la ciencias y las ingenierías.

Managed the spin-out and worked on our own employer branding. Academic vacancies were fulfilled quicker and for larger complex research programs. I managed and lead the study on risk- and success working profiles for automated algoritm design. Also, I was setting up a new business for tenure track recruitment.

Minds for Innovation is a spin-out from the M2i Human Capital recruitment service. In our start-up years, we have developed ourselves as a recruitment service for the Dutch technical Universities and Industry. We specialize in the high-tech sector, such as; Materials Science, Chemical Engineering and Applied Physics, but are expanding in other fields too. This gave rise to a new company name and holistic work-drive: we do it for the love of science.

We help attract and select the best international academic talent for PhD/PDeng and PostDoc projects and afterwards place these candidates in the Dutch Industry. Our approach is professional (we are scientists ourselves), personal (we match people) and quick (we have a specialized selection process).

Epanded the academic recruitment business with the clients from the industry and their vacancies. Initiated a way to detect the engineers under de PhD graduates to match effortlessly to the industrial setting. Adapted current software system and database with automatic detection for matchmaking between candidate and company.

I have set-up a new business branch for recruiting, scouting and placing high tech talent (PhD and PostDoc) of (inter)national backgrounds for innovative research projects at Dutch Technical Universities.

PhD program in regenerative medicine within the Immunology and haematology department. 

Thesis: Murine reporter models for hematopoietic and T cell signalling detection.

Studied and delivered official advisory report about Organizational Optimization and Cultural Change at a governmental agency. 

Due to changed financial governmental support and low employee turnover, the organization required an organizational change. The report contained strategies to attract and keep young talent and find new ways of financial survival. Also new ways of financial destribution for research programs was included.

Side job during study years in the evenings and weekends. 

Responsible for the administration, money matters, management and problem solving with sales, personnel and clients. I have been promoted to lead one of the biggest stores.

Un master en Biomedicina clásica y sobre cómo liderar empresas de diferentes ámbitos. Este master fue complementado con varias asignaturas fuera del currículo regular para mejorar el conocimiento de liderazgo en empresas y empezar un start-up. Además fue premiado con un titulo de honores por ser aceptada en un programa de liderazgo exclusivo para estudiantes sobresalientes.
